Vrishabhavati
This short Bharatanatyam ballet explores Vrishabhavati's journey from the processes of Evaporation and Condensation, through which the Bangalore rain brings home the lovely daughter of the land. Vrishabhavati, born in Bangalore’s Dakshina mukha nandi or Kaadu malleshwara in an unexplained act of hydraulic engineering, flows through the mouth of Lord Shiva’s trusted bull, Nandi, through a copper pot and showers herself on her Lord, Shiva. As she steps out, she looks at Bangalore's beauty, culture, history and geography, also its traffic, pollution and factories- leading to her dire state today. |

Gajendra Moksha
'Gajendra Moksha' is a Dance Ballet based on the mythological story of the Elephant king Gajendra caught in the clutches of a crocodile, to the lines of Poet Purandara Dasa’s lyrical genius by the same name. It is Directed & Choreographed by Akshara, Music is by Nakul Abhyankar and Produced by 'The Structural School of Fine Arts'. Since 2014, multiple shows of the production have been performed in platforms such as Mysore Dasara, Amerikannadotsava, Neenasam- Dharwad, Raghvendra swamy Aradhana, Vijnana Vyjayanti, Bengaluru Gayana Samaja and so on.

Vrukodara Vruttanta
This 90 minute Experimental Musical- Dance Theatre feature, is Mahabharatha through the perspective of Bheema by intercepting the dimension of time between characters of Dwapara yuga and narrators of then and modern day. It is Written & Directed by Prof. Ranganath Bharadwaj, Co- written and Coached by Sri Subraya Bhat and Choreographed by Akshara Bharadwaj, Soukhya Ajith & Naresh Patil. The play uses different narrative story telling techniques, such as dance, theatre, music, martial arts, lighting, set symbolism and so on. Through its tens of performances in and around Bangalore, it was lauded for its presentation style, choreographies of its intricate war-scenes, experiments in music and the overall experiment.
